I have done court marriage and shadi on Arya samaj mandir and I want to go to my husband. After one

I have done court marriage and shadi on Arya samaj mandir and I want to go to my husband. After one year to my marriage I talk to my father about my marriage but he didn't accept my marriage but my father didn't accept it and locked me in a house. They don't allow me to going outside. I just want to go back my husband house .

Arya samaj Mandir certificate is not valid for marriage, agrim person will go to register office and apply both for legal registered marriage because it is valid marriage by the court and nobody cannot challenge it all over India now agreeved person who are detained by her father ,she can do complaint to the police first Against her family member and take a legal action according to the situation.
