Q: Wrong operation led to long term nerve damage.

I had an operation of a cyst in 2015 and due to doctor negligence my nerve got damage and severe pain has started .I suffered it for 4-5 years with no proper doctor for it ,atlast i found one doctor who helped me but ,still this issue has not 100% cured and i have invested a lot of money on my treatment. My career and life has shattered due to that doctor wrong operation its been 8 years and i am still in pain.Let me know what can be done here.I would like to have a video consultation.

Q: Quashing Of FIR written on wrong name

I hired a contractor for construction work on plot owned by my mother and brother. He took 40% amount in cash and rest 60% in account but left the work after completing 60% worknthen i completed work myself by local labour then after construction is completed he came back and started asking for money which i refused then he threatned me nThen i approached police with application against him but instead after 4 days police came with him at my house and said i have not given him remaining money for constructionnThen i filed 156(3) police was instructed to write my FIR but before that police wrote FIR against me under 406,504,506 at night 10pm on wrong name and IO is forcing me to settle andngive him money then he wrote my FIR UNDER 406,452,504,506 but didnt do any investigationnthen i approached high court QUASING of FIR and filed CRIMINAL MISC WRIT PETITION But from last three months only one status is displaying that "LISTING AFTER FIXED PERIOD" and my lawyer is not telling me anything

After one year to my marriage I talk to my father about my marriage but he didn't accept my marriage but my father didn't accept it and locked me in a house. They don't allow me to going outside. I just want to go back my husband house .

Q: Divorce filled in 2019,now they have filled false dowry and 307 cases

Sir, filled divorce in 2019,but opposite party has filled a stay & transfer application to ghaziabad,that is pending since now,now they filled a false FIR with different harrasment charges like,498a,506,504,and 307 against me and my family member showing the incident that we attacked them in 2019 which is totally false .Now my lawyer is moving in high court for mediation and reply for false cases instead of taking bail in ghaziabad court .Pls suggest best advice to process further.
