Husband's Unlawful Behaviour : mentally harrasment on calls and threa

My Husband is a pure Alcoholic. he started his drinking habit since 10 years ago and started physically and mental abusing me and my children. He also harrases till now after we left the home last year.. He calls us often and abuses us on calls.. And threatens to destroy our dignity after coming to our home and will harres us. Kindly suggest me something so I can do to prevent his online bullying. We are hindu.

if he is abusing you even after you are residing at something other than a matrimonial home then you can file a police complaint against your husband for such a behaviour. If the police do not take action then you may approach the court for your grievances.

You should file a complaint before the concerned Police Authorities about all of that its a matter of Domestic violence so as per above you may initiate proceedings for more clarification you may go for further help via phone calls.

As you have mentioned in your problem that your husband consumes excessive alcohol since about 10 years and that is why you left his house last year and he is repeatedly calling you and threatening that he will destroy your dignity and They will completely destroy your respect, If you are being subjected to domestic violence by your husband, then this crime comes under domestic violence. You file a case of domestic violence against your husband and you will get relief in the same
