Husband not paying Maintenance to us

meri shadi ko 3 years ho gaye hai ...mere husband mujhe or mere baby ko koi maintenance nahi dete or unhone mere account se phone loan par liya tha 3 emi ke baad wo pay nahi kar rahe ..umber band kar liya hai aur in laws bhi call pick nahi kar rahe hai ...mujhe bank se calls aa rahi hai .

If you are not getting maintenance from your husband and wants the same then you have to fight for the same. You can file a petition under section 125 CrPC and address it to the magistrate of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Mam, Isme two problems reflect ho rahi h. 1. Apke husband apko maintenance nahi de rahe, for that ap maintenance case file kro jisse ki apka monthly maintenance fix ho jaye. 2. Unhone Jo loan liya h apke bank account se uss par ap bank ko ek letter likh do ki mere husband ne ye loan liya tha and vo bhag gaye h, bank may consider that.

you can file a complaint against him at your nearest police station.. For maintainance he is liable to pay maintainance. If he doesn't want to live with you and child without getting divorce you can file a suit against him 1. Sec 9 2. Divorce

All you need to do is to approach court, police for settling thus matter. There are different enactement under which you may seek maintenance. You can file a maintenance petition under section 125 of the criminal procedure code and there notice will be issued to your husband and he will be answerable to court.

you can file and execution petition against your husband and make him pay you the maintenance awarded by the court order from the court for more information you can contact our team for better relief
