I have completed four years of my marriage but I stayed one month in my in laws house and after that I came back my home as I used to be beaten by husband and his family and frequently they demanded dowry also.It’s been more than 2 years now I am keeping unwell and I was not aware that my dad used filled my NIL itr. Hence in my court I my submitted that I don’t filled my itr as I am not working. But when I cross checked with my father then he accepted the facts. After knowing the facts I made apology letter along with my itr I submitted my itr in the court. Earlier my father used to bear my all expenses.
