Husband not giving financial support

My husband is Doctor and in gov job.. N he has not any issue of financial problm.. Inspite of this he is not giving me financial support.. He has submitted children's school fees.. Yet.. His mother also live with us bt she is not doing anything to resolve this issue.. So plz suggest me what to do?

आप के पास बहुत अच्छे ऑप्शन है की आपके पति सरकारी डॉक्टर है आपको अपने व् अपनी बेटी की एजुकेशन के किये आप किसी अधिवक्ता के माध्यम से कोर्ट में section - 125 Cr.p.c की एप्लीकेशन दे और section- १२ Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005 में भी एप्लीकेशन दे आपको अपने पति से मांगने की जरुरत नहीं पड़ेगी कोर्ट के आदेश पर आपको व् आपकी बेटी के लिए रुपए आपके पति की सैलरी से कट कर आपके अकाउंट में आ जय जाया करेंगे।
