Q: Divorce petition adultery cruelty for Null marriage

As i have filed a divorce case on basis of adultery and cruelty against the lady as after 3 years of filing case .I got the proof that she is already wife of any other person.both opposite party against whom case i have filed is husband and wife.kindly guide my case has taken 5 years.as sec 13.1 i have filed against the lady and his husband .can we demand for null marriage in petition or file on more petition as filing one more petition will take time.as i have filed a criminal case against the lady and his husband 494 ,495 ipc as arya samaj marriage ceremony photograph and video graphy was introduced as evidence but judge neglected it and summon the lad y under 406 ipc is there any way to take advantage in civil matrimonial for null marriage.amendment can be done...

नमस्तेहम आपको बता देते की आप अपनी पत्नी से तलाक चाहते है तो उसका पूरा कारण आपको बताना पड़ेगा और क्यों चाहते है ये भी बताना पड़ेगा तथा आपको तलाक लेने के लिए अपनी पत्नी से करीब एक वर्ष से कोई सम्बन्ध नहीं होना चाहिए तभी आप कोर्ट में तलाक का केस फाइल कर सकते है।

Q: Caveat Procedure In Criminal Cases

Can we file caveat petition in allahabad high court in criminal cases and if yes then till what time it will be applicable(duration).

हेलो हम आपको बता देते की क्रिमिनल केस में कभी भी किसी भी हाई कोर्ट में कैवेट फाइल नहीं होती है जो आपसे कहता है की आप हाई कोर्ट में कैवेट फाइल कर दीजिये वह आपसे गलत कहता है कियोकि कैवेट हमेसा सिविल मामलो में फाइल होती है ना की क्रिमिनल मामलो में।

Q: Need a divorce bilut husband is not ready

Hi I need a divorce from my husband.. everyday I have been tortured by him.. mentally n sometimes physically too.. we had a court marriage.. my husband is a Muslim n m Sikh.. it's been 4 years m not at all happy.. I don't even have any legal documents with me related to our marriage please esuggest how can I get the divorce

हेलोआपने जहा से कोर्ट मैरिज की है वहाँ से अपनी शादी का दूसरा सर्टिफिकेट निकलवा ले या फिर आप शादी के कुछ फोटो हो जिनसे कोर्ट में आपकी डाइवोर्स की फाइल दाखिल हो सके। जिससे आपको अपने पति से तलाक मिल जाये।

Q: Husband not giving financial support

My husband is Doctor and in gov job.. N he has not any issue of financial problm.. Inspite of this he is not giving me financial support.. He has submitted children's school fees.. Yet.. His mother also live with us bt she is not doing anything to resolve this issue.. So plz suggest me what to do?

हेलोआपको बता दे की कोर्ट में कोई भी एप्लीकेशन ऑनलाइन नहीं दी जाती है इसलिए आपको कोर्ट आना पड़ेगा तभी आपको खुद के लिए और आपकी दोनों बेटियों के लिए आपके पति से महीने पर खर्चा मिल सकता है और आपको हर महीने एक ही बार आना पड़ेगा।
