Husband not coming home, what to do

My name is Gowri 29, Married and two kids(1+ year old girl, 4 years old boy) in Chennai. My husband stays in vellore with his parents. He is not turning up to chennai and not receiving call when I am trying to contact him. No extra marital affair. My in-laws are dominant and they are taking full control on him. I afraid to visit my in-laws place. Please do suggest me a solution.
Dear Gowri you can approach the family court seeking Restitution of Conjugal Rights. At the same time you can also file a petition under Section.125 of Crpc for maintenance of you and your children ..
