Ask the exact reason why is not ready to live together. If he is still not ready you can file restitution case in court of law. Court will ask the reason from him and according order him to reside together. For more assistance kindly contact

Dear Client You should first insist upon him to agree for a mutual divorce in case you have decided to part ways. However, if h does not agree you have no option but to file for a contested divorce. Feel free to call or make an appointment with me for detailed discussion on this issue

You can again have a chat about living with him. If he does not agree, then can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights in court meaning the court will pass an order asking both of you to live under the same roof.

If your husband is not ready to live with you and he is making one excuse or another, then prima facie there is some mischief. You must first reason it out with him. And if he is not ready than you a legal recourse to section 9 of restitution of conjugal rights under Hindu Marriage Act, wherein a competent court after ascertaining the reason, can direct your husband to live with you. All the best.
