Husband not agreeing to stay together

My husband is sportsperson in SSB . Me and my husband live in different localities of same city, but I want to live with him and he is not ready and presenting many problems regarding residing with him. In this case what can I do please help me.

You can again have a chat about living with him. If he does not agree, then can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights in court meaning the court will pass an order asking both of you to live under the same roof.

If your husband is not ready to live with you and he is making one excuse or another, then prima facie there is some mischief. You must first reason it out with him. And if he is not ready than you a legal recourse to section 9 of restitution of conjugal rights under Hindu Marriage Act, wherein a competent court after ascertaining the reason, can direct your husband to live with you.
