Husband left India, after harassing wife

I am asking on behalf of my sister, it has been only 13 months of marriage, husband used to fight after drinking, now sudden he left marital home, wrote complaint to police and several authorities that my sister (wife) harassed him and beaten him etc. his family lives in different city.I tried to contact him but he is not reachable his family also not responding our calls. I came to know probably he left India. What can we do now?

on the above mentioned query please file immediately a complaint uner 12 DV ACT against him and clarify all the things which your sister endure within 13 months of marriage with him. and please write clearly that he tried to go abroad and left her wife, irresponsibly. on that ground if the court satisfy, then the court can corner him for abroad.

now you can make a police complaint for harassment and cruelty with you. and not giving maintenance demanding dowry. after that file a complaint in Domestic violence act in your court. and make parties to all family members. or can file a civil suit in sec 125 for permanent maintenance. for more information you can contact me.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if the husband have left the country no issues is there you can make him a party whatever grievances your sister have faced by him or the family members that should be a detailed complaint for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

ap sabse pahle local police station mai f.i.r registered karaye dowry ki demand and physically harressement ke liye saath hi court Mai domestic violence ke complaint file kar uske saath hi ap court m application move kare ki vo India se bhagna chahte hai to court passport authority ko bolega taki unka passport seized ho sake
