Husband and In laws forcing for divorce

I have been sent to my parents house since 2 and half years.. I had filed 498a and domestic violence case against all of them.. they made me take 498a back and as per the mou they denied to take me back after I took the case back.. now I have domestic violence case going on.. my husband and my in laws are pressuring me for taking divorce and to take the case back.. I never wanted divorce.. I have been pressured too much now and I feel even more depressed.. my lawyer says it will take years for you to get residence order.. Please suggest me what should I do.. Thank you.
As per the facts you had mentioned that at the time of going hostile in dowry case it was promised to take you back, but they had turned out. You can file criminal Complaint under the provisions of Indian penal code for cheating. Also you will get accommodation order from court also interim maintenance. It depends on efforts the Advocate takes.
