How to proceed with case filed for DV against influential in laws?

I filed DVC case against husband and his sister's but my husband by his political influence made all his sister's names removed while enquiry stating that they are not in same roof though I have all proofs that they stay in one roof...now what can I do suggest me...
Dear client, whether your motive is separation from your husband or take revenge on his relatives if you are doing that morally it is injustice on his sister,there is no problem of roof, even today 498A is also restricted as vast misuse, considering you as my daughter I advise you think for 8/10 days thoroughly what are the plus and minus points in your marriage, what are better prospectus if both of you separated after more than five years, what will be expenditure in fighting with each other, don't hesitate for contact and further proper advice.
