Q: What is the procedure for prosecution u/s of IPC 504, 506 ?

Dear Sir, I understand that in the state of Maharashtra Police register offences under section 504 and 506 as Non cognizable offences i.e. the police on their own can't investigate the matter without the permission of the magistrate. Pl. let me know 1) the legal process / procedure that the complainant will have to follow so that the accused person is punished in a reasonable time i.e. within six months and 2) is it really worth putting in so much efforts because even threat to life by causing serious injury given by the accused is not taken very seriously by the police at the time of registering the non cognizable complaint / offence. dear client, as section 504 and 506 are non-cognizable in Maharashtra ,but grievous harm is definitely cognizable offence, as per crpc, as well as the section 166 of IPC, also insist police officers take proper action and investigation,you can meat the commissioner of police in that area , and acknowledge the real facts which can easily solve your issue.

Q: Can i file for divorce while living in the same house ,who gets cutody ?

We are Hindu. We have a daughter of 15 years. Sadly, me and my wife decided to part away. Question is where the kid will stay? Daughter wants to study in Mumbai but after separation, my wife wants to go back to her home at Kolkata. Second question: since daughter is appearing in board exam of ICSE. we are still living in one house although it is intolerable? can i file for divorce if we still live together ?

As you both have decided to be separate, till you both will be required one year for separation, up to that you can live in one house. You both are now to be matured,unfartunatly u are spoiling your valuable lives of both u due false impression or egos of about you selves, being human beings and not animal's it is your moral responsibility to care about your 14 year's tean aged girl child who is going to face her life's first hurdle being with in such condition with her you are considering about your egos, being a girl child if any cruel person like u take undue advantage of her, nothing win happen but she will spoil her life without seeing the world!why society should not file case on both of u for spoiling one innocent life. Your wife going back at Kolkata at her parents, whether they survey for their child for their full life.recent judgment of supreme court parents also right remove such children from their house.even court will also objections about your decision. ,sorry for giving straight forward decision.

Dear client, their is no such websites, showing about martial status of any person,but you can find out from following documents 1 Ration card which can be seen at mahsul department. 2 from election list .
