I want to know the complete and correct procedure to change my last name and add my tittle.
Execute an affidavit to this effect, with respect to Change of name. Give a public notice in the newspaper. Lastly, you’ll hVe to take out a gazette publication as well. Contact a local lawyer to walk you through the whole process.
