Hi, you may file a case under domestic violence act
You may also file a suit for 125 that is to ask maintenance
The maintenance case can be filed by the daughter as well.
You need not worry.

No matter what he is thinking, you need to take legal recourse in regard. File cases of maintenance and section 9. It would be criminal in nature and he has to come from us. Give a copy of complaint having desertion to ambessy also. We have been dealing with such matter effectively since long. Contact for full action and help in regard.

You should file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights under indian law if your marriage was solemnised in India. This remedy is available if your marriage was solemnised in India, then only, Indian law is applicable.

If you have been deserted and want. Reunite you can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights. If you don’t want to stay with him and want maintenance for yourself and your child you can file a petition for maintenance. Let me know if you need further assistance. Legally he is bound to maintain you and your child.

You can reunite. Firstly, you can lodge an FIR against him for your own safety and bringing it on govt. record that you have been suffering the same.
secondly, you have to give me the following details:
1. When did you get married?
2. What does your husband do, what do you do?
3. You still live in India or US?
4. Any other detail you would think is relevant.
