I have a doubt that my husband stayed with someone in a hotel but he is denying, so i want to confront him but the hotel staff is not disclosing anything, so can I ask the police to help me in getting the information from the hotel.

Q: Mutual Petition for divorce after contested petition is cancelled

I am about to file mutual petition and 1st motion for my divorce. Contested petition was cancelled last month as both parties have come to settlement. 3 years separation. Can I change my lawyer? What are the charges of filing this and the motions? I would like to request immediate 2nd motion.

Q: Change of child surname after divorce what to do

I applied to change my sons surname to my maiden surname in school with all the relevant dicuments but school officials are saying that the surname cant be changed. What should i do? Can I get any legal rule copy to show to school authorities in my favour?
