How can a man protect himself and family from DV and 498a accusations

I was marriage in 29 th Jan 2017. -Fear of false allegations like 498A,406 etc on all members of family (after 1-1.5 years) -Fear of 377 on husband & 376 on family members (after 1-1.5 years) -So please suggest how to protect from all the above false allegations. -What type of evidence I will collect from wife to protect my family & myself.
