Without taking diavorce from his first wife ahindu wife can not marry another woman.it is lllegal.this become more serious when a case is pending in the court under section 498/406.secondly,ikrarnama on stamp paper of rs 100/- is not a genuine marriage certificate ,you should put all these evidences in the court.
