Give Money To Family Memeber Legally

I would like to give loan to my aunt but how can it be legal incase somthing happens to her how I can claim that amount
kindly give it by way of NEFT stating the reason as to why are you transferring the amount, before transferring the amount ask your aunt to give you an email regarding the same or voice record her statement and keep it as evidence so that your future is secured well and protected, if she denies proper action can be initiated and more so pay her in part, even if you have ready money show her you need to arrange, hence start a whatsapp conversation with her without informing her your real intentions of backup safety
