Girl’s parents are against our marriage.

15-Apr-2024 (In Family Law)
Sir/Ma’am, Me (General) and my girlfriend (OBC) decided to tell our parents that we wanna get married. My parents agreed, whereas the parents of the girl denied our union, citing my profession (merchant navy) and caste as the issues. We have decided to go for Court marriage. But I am scared that if we do so, her parents might press all the possible charges against me. My profession requires me to stay out of India, so, I can’t risk legal problem because of my career. I will lose my job in this

As you want to know through your question that you love a girl, you come from General category and the girl comes from OBC category, your family members are ready but the girl's family members are not ready to marry you whereas You are completely well established and are doing a government job, yet you are OBCThe girl's community members do not want to marry you.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if you both can convince her parents about the status of your relationship it would be better if not then you have to go under legal obligation as for protection but if she denies at any instance due to pressure of the family then you will be in trouble so first talk to her about all the stuff for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
