Our uncle has ipc section 44 for the distribution of land. My uncle added a name of my father & grand father so what we can I do..
44 sec of ipc says about arrest by maisrate.any magistrate,whether excutive or judicial may at any timme arrest or direct the arrrest in this presence within his local jurisdiction of any person for whose arres and issue a warrant.
