Farm land ownership transfer to daughter by mother

My grand wanted to transfer ownership of the agriculture land to my mother but my mother having 1 younger brother and 2 sisters so is there any problem if they do not agree for this

Dear client.

its not cleared yet by your side where the land was ancestry or self aquired by your grandpa, how ever you want know what crices with both your mother's brother n sisters,if HUF they have right, otherwise you're grandpa discretion.

the grandfather grandmother can transfer their self acquired property to your mother by gift deed or any other deed thus your mother become absolute owner

other siblings cannot raise objection if there is objection then they may be asked to file civil suit for cancellation of your dates
