FALSE DOWRY CASE HARRASMENT BY MY BROTHERS WIFE

My brother age 50 is married for last 26 years and he is staying separately since last 20 years. His and his wife are constantly quarelling for many years and now she is threatening to file dowry case against my parents myself and my brother. Can I legally terminate relation with them and save myself from such false cases
