False case filed by father of fiance

I have done engagement only but after engagement girl's father did case against me, my brother and father. He wrote in the report we are demanding money and not interested in marriage ... But it's not true we all are ready to marriage...my father in law want money and break the relationship with us...... Pls give me useful suggestions. I my father suffering from cancer
