EX PARTY IN MAINTENANCE CASE 125

WIFE HAS RECEIVED EX PARTY DECREE IN MAINTENANCE CASE u/s 125. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY COURT SUMMON. I WORK IN KANPUR CITY AND THE LAWYER OF MY WIFE HAVE SEND COURT SUMMONS OF CASE TO MY ZONAL OFFICE SITUATED IN LUCKNOW 100 KILOMETERS FAR FROM KANPUR.I HAVE NO NOTICE OF CASE LODGED AGAINST ME AND THEY HAVE BEEN AWARDED EX PARTY DECREE FROM ADJ. PRINCIPAL FAMILY COURT LUCKNOW. WHAT REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO ME ??

As you have mentioned in your problem that after your maintenance is filed against you in the court by your wife, You have been adjudicated on a maintenance suit by showing your wrong address, in such a situation, you can make an application in the court under order 9 rule 13 CPC and you can get the decision in one side set aside

kindly send me court order copy and have you received any summons on behalf of court how many date takken when you are not appear of court because when the party not appear then court order ex party order
