enquiry about minimum age of marriage of boy and loop holes in the law

hii my name is sahdev singh and I'm 19 yeare old and the age of my girlfriend is 21 year...my question is that is it possible for me legally marry her in court....bcz minimum legal age of marriage for boys is 21 and I'm only 19 that's why I'm so concern about this problem....plz answer my question ASAP.....and if this is possible than please tell me the all the procedure.....my life is at stake right now....it will be great help for me

According to law you are not able to merriage you are right the age of merriage is 18 for girl and 21 for boys. if both parties which is under age then the merriage each other the such merriage is void. but there are some other procedure when you can merried each other legally.

It is absolutely possible to do a court marriage, but the method will be different, your age will not hinder your marriage. Both of you can make your married life pleasant by doing love marriage. There will be no problems of any kind in your married life.

Hello... yes you are not eligible to marry... but you both can live in a live in relationship....and then take protection from high court so that no one can harm you both..and you both can live peacefully.... as you both are major then no one can stop you both from living together... Hi....since you both are major so you can live together in a live-in relationship...and before that just take protection from High Court so that police may not arrest you for the offence of kidnapping and rape... And after 2 years get marry with the girl... For now you have an option of live-in with protection by filing writ petition... Call for more information..Thank You..
