Domestic voilence case filed aginst husband

After marriage wife lived with her husband for only few days than went to her parents,than after 3 mnths she sent notice for divorce by mutual consent , husband replied to the notice nd gave consent for the sme but after 20 days wife filed Domestic voilence case..and daily threatning calls are coming from wife's side, Can husbnd go for anticipatory bail ,on what grounds.
And can husband file case aginst wife that inspite of giving Consent to give divorce by mutual wife filed Domestic Voilence case. What husband can do to quash it
No need to file petition for anticipatory bail, regular bail is granted in such cases.
Your consent for divorce by mutual consent cannot take away her right to file domestic violence case. So, husband cannot sue in this case.
Husband will have to defend the domestic violence case filed by the wife.
