Divorce along with child custody

Am a house wife based out of India but Want to move to India and seek divorce along with custody of my child who is 18 months now .Please advice since am not currently employed and do not own a house but am educated and capable enough to meet the requirements of my child .Please advice
You have all the rights to claim maintenance for you and your child. Its immaterial to be educated or not. You can seek maintenance during the divorce process itself under section 24 of HMA act. For custody we need to file G and WC case.
