Dissolve or cancellation of divorce

I have spoke to advocate to cancel or withdraw the divorce petition as I was not interested in divorce my divorce got cancelled in September 2022 but yesterday I received register post from family court kindly can you clarify me what it might be

I understand your questions so you got notice from family court right earlear filed a divorcw petition and it was withdraw the case right so may be your husband or wife filed the contested divorce petition or RCR case un court you have revived the register post it has a petition just go through thatbitbwill confirm what it is so do you need any further legal help contact me thank you

Respected Sir In case if you want to cancel the divorce petition, better your self appear in person and withdraw the case on the next date. Notice received by you may be for your appearence for next appearence. In case if it is the same, Appear personallu and withdrwaw the case by filing memo. Court may pass an appropirate order on this memo.

you have to see what is it in the registered post, there is no such thing as cancellation of divorce, yes you can withdraw the petition filed for divorce and if it has been done please check the status online you will be able to know whether the case is withdrawn and closed. Further the registered post which you may have received may be your wife has filed a case on you so please verify the post content it is foolishness not to verify and just keep thinking what it might be.

as you only mention you have withdrawn the divorce petition in 2022. if you have received a post from court nothing to worry about it check what's matter inside and proceed with it. if the court wants your appearance in that case or any other case they may send you court summons to appear on such date.
