I thought of leaving the company legally with serving my probation notice period, but they terminated me saying violation of ethical reason and holding my salary for 45 days.

one ulyiu serve the notice period evn after that if the company harras you by holding salary you have remedy to send legal notice to know for what reason they have terminate d you and you can ask damages and your salary which is hooded by company without any reason



Q: seperation from husband within 4 months of marriage

I married my husband 4 months ago after one year of our engagement in an arranged marriage setup.my husband's controlling nature, insecurity on his looks, his temper issues, and constantly him pulling me down for earning less then him has brought me to verge of separation.he keeps saying me to get out of his house (its a rented house in his name and he is paying the rent) i am planning to move out of house to a nearby pg as I cannot take his scolding anymore. will I be in legal trouble?

no you can move out or move back to your parents home if thier is any physical or mental toucher your facing you can move out of that place and file maintenance case or domestic violence case nd claim for maintenance amount as husband his duty to provide basic facilities.



Q: Cars24 is asking to return the car saying RC Transfer is not possible

I have purchased TATA TIAGO Second hand car from Cars24 on 3rd March 2024.Now CARS24 is asking to return the car to them saying RC Transfer has some issue and it can’t be done in my name .They said they will refund the car purchase amount .My question is whether CARS24 is not liable to provide another car as replacement (they are having same model car currently available but price is bit high ? We don’t have any other vehicle except this car in home and it will be difficult to manage travel

you can send one legal notice Asking them to tranfer the RC to your name if they fail to do so you can file one consumer complaint for deficiency in service if they want the vehicle back let them come to court and decide their if your not interested to return the vehicle

Hi sir Iam a defendant in divorce case, my lawyer has taken a signature in compromise memo without my knowledge by saying that it's a vakalat, now the court refered to lok Adalat but I don't want any compromise1).what is the next step I should do2) can a lawyer get divorce by filing a compromise memo in lok Adalat while parties are not present

Be present on that day before the court and make one submission to judge that your not interested to compromise you will withdraw the compromise memo if your not agreed fully to compromise no one can force you to do that. or you tell your advocate to not file the application without your presence
