without proper information he can't tell how much alimony will be oder and thier is no rule only alimony you end that the end some may give maintenance till wife get remarried or alimony can be rejected if there is no proper proof/ ground for divorce.alimony will be based one the income and capacity of husband.

Q: Wrongful termination and non-payment of dues

I worked for a startup and the company fired me for asking to pay my salary after there was a delay of 13 days. I’m asking for compensation, salary slips and relieving letter and breakdown on the amount which was credited as Final Payment. The employer is stating he isn’t legally obliged to give me within a time frame and will provide when he deems fit. He is also stating that I was terminated because of my inability to deliver work but it happened after I demanded my salary. Can I file a case?

yes you can file a case in labour court but before that collect all necessary documents and send a legal notice to your company to release the salary and compensation and also ask the reason on what ground they terminated

Q: Mutual Agreement for Recovery of Loan

I had lent an Amt XYZ to my close Friend and had taken written Agreement & Cheque for given Amt. He failed to repay within agreed period. I presented the cheque which was dishonoured (Insufficient Funds).Now my Friend is ready to repay the Amt on monthly basis alongwith one fresh Cheque for which I need Mutual Agreement. Could you please me as I'm a Senior Citizen and cannot move around.

sir you can accept that new cheque and accept the part payment by making a new agreement or you can send a legal notice and recovery the money by filing civil or criminal cases or if you don't want to lose friendship you can take the amount partly

yes you can send one legal notice to your husband stating all this issues and ask to leave separately or you can file domestic violence case against husband and their parents and also demand for maintenance

Q: Divorce over wife’s short temper

My wife has anger issues and we have been living separately for 13 months after I discovered she fed me viagara pills without my notice (understanding the side effects) out of desperation or anger. She talked bad about me to my friends behind my back. Within this one year of separation we had minimal conversation and we never took initiative to make things right. Can I initiate the divorce based on anger issues? I have the conversation recorded where she acknowledged everything and more.

you can file a case against wife under cruelty ground for living separately and for anger issues make sure that you have strict proof for that as you mentioned recoding and all are with you it will easy to prove that cruelty
