Complaint against husband and in law for domestic violence

My husband misbehave me n my family for money.he is asking not to talk on phone even to my family.he misbehave my parents coz they have not spent money in marriage.he abuses me.my in laws also try to make him understand to avoid such things but he pretend he won't repeat but he do and tell a lie about his abuses while discussing.he frequently says sorry n make same issue weekly.

You are married female and your inlaws and husband and family miss behave with you on ground of marriage and money. In this situation you can file complain of domestic violence. In family court.

Se if things are under control don't get involved in unwanted litigations. But if things are going out of control, plz inform such things to relatives to avoid mishaps and move with application under D.V Act through Advocate and try to sort out matter through proper counselling.

You can file an application u/s 12 of the Domestic Violence Act. The application is to be filed before the local Magistrate. Try to collect all sorts of evidence like mesages, call records, etc before you file this application. After filing the application, make another another application for interim relief.

Woman are protected by various law in the India. you can file the Complaint under Domestic Violence Act as well as under section 498A of IPC for cruelty. You may stay separately and asked for maintenance, shelter etc.

You can file domestic violence case against your husband and your in laws you can get protection from harassment and torcher by them and if you does not want to continue marriage then you can file case for divorce against your husband .
