Certificate from Sub registrar under SMA vs Church Certificate

26-Oct-2023 (In Family Law)
I am a hindu and my husband is a christian. We got married under Special Marriage Act ... For the sake of his parents, he requested me to take baptism and have a ceremony in church, just to make them happy. He said we would only take the SMA as our legal marriage and that there will be no certificate issued at the church. we registered our marriage under SMA on 20th March and the ceremony in church was done on the 25th march. The church did issue a certificate and Indian christian act was written on it. Is that valid? If in case of separation... will I have anything to be worried about? I only consider the certificate of registration under SMA given by the marriage registrar as the appropriate document and have discarded the one given by church. Please help me understand consequences in case of separation. thanks
