Q: Money Not Given and Harassing Us

My name is Nav and I stay in Rasoolpura, Secunderabad. I stay in an Apartment and the Apartment Terrace was faulty and water was seeping into my walls. We repaired the Terrace by having Discussion with all Flat Owners and all of them agreed to give amount. Later 2 of Flat Owners did not give money and physically assaulted me. One of them catched my neck, throwed by Buckets and stopped me from Filling Drinking Water. Another Flat Owner and his son used abusive words and abusive signs and lifted hands and mentioned multiple times "I will Beat You". Now who has used abusive language and lifted hands and mentioned I will beat you has locked the Bore Water Switch Board and I am not able to do my daily body basic requirements and having severe Mental and Physical StressPlease let me know if this is correct according to IPC and resolution for this issue. Will really appreciate the help.
