Caw cell complaint by wife in kanpur..looking for early reply

I am rahul hindu...Married for just one month ..ow separated for last 5 months
Wife has filed complaint in caw cell Kanpur
I got a call and i asked caw cell for a notice first...
Immidiately After marriage stayed at parents house for 1month in noida
But now i stay away from.my parents on rent
Parents home is in my mothers name
I have bern made bedhakal nearly 5 years back
Now if caw cell notice comes to my parents address ..shud they recieve it or they shud say that rahul (myself) does not stay here ...and they dont have my address because i am bedhakhal and they will not accept as the house is in their name, and i dont stay with them
First of all you should hire a lawyer. Now coming to your query your parents may say that you are independent as you are more than 18 years old and hence they can't receive notice in your name. Also, they can show some documents for eg advertisement that is published when parents severe relationship with their children. Also I must say notice receiving or not receiving is not the main thing on the other hand you must engage a good family lawyer so that you stay out of trouble.
