Dear Client,
Your brother has equal share in the property of your grand father. Don`t worry. Your sister in law will not do anything. Even if she files any wrong cases against you, you can come successfully by engaging an expert advocate by projecting your case. Don`t yield for her threats. Have expert legal advice.

Hello,

Your sister-in-law can file a case of cheating against your brother and also against your entire family to make her case stronger. It is another matter whether the allegations hold any water during the trial or not. But your family must be cautious and secure anticipatory bail if the police register the FIR and thereafter, when the trial commences, fight the case on merits.

Hi
You and your rights on ancestral property cannot be used to settle cases against your brother.
You are entitled to your share of whatever is remaining of ancestral property.
Also since you were not a party to your brother's misdeed's you do not need to worry as your sister in law cannot any way implicate you in her dispute with her husband.
