Can I file dowry case after 6.5 years of marriage

Helli sir. ...can i file dowery case against my husband and in laws after marriage of 6.5 yrs. I hv proof as my brother transfer money from foreign to my husband in hus bank account many times.Can i file case against my in laws as I was living separate With my husband from last 2 yrs but my inlaws encourage him for demand of money from my family. They physically n mentally tortured me. My husband beaten me many times.i hv medical certificate for tht too.I Have two baby boys of 5 and 2 yrs old. But my inlaws didnt gives my children to me.i had already Tolerate so much but now i want to justify all tht shit. Can i file case against thm from my hometown even m beaten in my husband home. ..plz reply me. ..m so much confused

You can file a divorce case under section 13 HIndu Mairage act after 1 year of marriage on the grounds of cruelty and dissertion and mental / physical harrasment. You can also claim the custody of your children in the court . You can file from your home town both cases. You have been married for 6 years so u are eligible to get divorce from your husband on the above said grounds.

You can file divorce on basis of desertion and cruelty for desertion there is to be seprarion for last two years minimum.even you have eight to lodge domesric violence case against in laws also

Hello, certainly you very well can file divorce. On the seperation as well as on the basis of cruelty subject to the fact that you prove it before the court of law. Also, you can file petition for the custody of your children too.

Yes you can file divorce case even after 6,7,8...years time is no bar. In the FIR you can give reasons for delay. So may get case registered under sections 498 A and 406 IPC. BUT I wish every thing gets resolved amicably

Yes u can file a dowry case against husband . Also u can file a case against domestic violence act agaist ur husband and in laws . U can file a case for maintenance . Yes u can file case from presently where r u living and ur home town .
