Attempt to murder by my mother in law, her daughter n grand daughter

In August 2018 I got married to a person. It was an arranged marriage. After that he took me to U.P, there due to severe temperature I got piles problem so my husband sent me with my brother to native. Later on he was not responding to me properly. Once I went to his sisters house she said she will talk to him n solve d problem. But after that she blocked my contact.. recently when i went to ask his mother who was staying in her daughter's house his mother, sister n niece beaten me n my sister with filled bronze water bottle. I got swelling but my sister got injured.early 5 to 6 stitches doctor has put. We complained in nearest police station but ntg worked out. She told that she has not beaten us so police took her explanation n let her go...please help me out. I belong to hindu religion
