Annulment of marriage on false grounds by husband

Both husband and wife converted Christian through water baptism. Marriage happened as per Christian rites and customs. Now husband taken U-turn alleging both are Hindus trying to wriggle out of marriage with false grounds, Girl's parents spent 60 lacs approx
In this regard i would like to advice you that your marriage will be governed by the rules of Christianity and you have rights vested under the statute which relates to your religion you profess and under which you have solemnized marriage. I would like to know whether you have got the marriage registered ? if yes, then under which act ? please clarify the same and contact to take necessary steps for getting protections and maintenance orders.

Madam for what purpose did girls parents spent this much money . Right go to mahila police file FIR then go to CAW cell file case there . Then file case at the family court for cruelty and fraud . Then go to the human rights commission file complaint there . If he has passport then get it impound so that he can not leave the country. But don't give divorce . Teach him good lesson.
