Adoption of kids from second marriage

a man married me and adopted my 2 kids from my first marriage , and then left us back in india and now refuses to continue the marriage nor pay for kids expenses. what is the criminal proceedings in this case

If your second husband does not have any proof of your marriage, then a case under Section 376 IPC has been filed against him that he had a false proposal of marriage with you by seductionand wronged me and exploited me

You should file a case for maintenance under section 125 Cr.P C. and also claim under PWDV Act against them where court will grant maintenance amount on monthly basis for you and your child and same as PWDV Act
