A father is mentally harrsed by son

My father is mentally and physically harrased by his son who wants him to write his all property and cash on his son name. Being Alive and having a unmarried daughter he does not want to give anything after this torcher. So how my father can keep safe from this tourcher as well as he doubt that any day son can kill him or unmarried daughter of him. Please suggested his rights

the father has the right to declare in the daily news paper that he had evicted his child being his son and having any right to his property. further he do any act like that you may launch a criminal case against him.

In this either you or your father can give complaint to S.H.O and DM of their respective jurisdiction. S.H.O shall register your complaint and take necessary action to stop this torcher. If property is self acquired by your father then your brother cannot do anything. If he is harassing your father then you may make a complaint against him. Thanks and Regards

in these conditions father of such person take some action against his son 1 He can evicted his son from the property 2 if he feel hazard from his son the he can complaint in the court and also in front of police for more details I will contact u as soon as possible

Father can make a complaint and approach to police station and demand safety from his son. or can father make a application for DM and end all relationship with his son. also debarred him from his home.
