Hi, Actually I have some legal query, actually fews days ago my friend met with an incident, he went to some store like place where he try the perfume in that place and somehow he uses more than little on his tshirt and somehow his mood changes and he kept the perfume which he used, in other part of store, like home essentials section and went off towards the gate as he do not want to buy it, after keeping the perfume of around 180 Rs properly in that section and as he move towards the gate one of the man of the Store comes and asked him that why I you have used the perfume when you have not billed and don't want to buy and talked with him rudely, like they were speaking very badly to him and giving him threat if we found such thing again I will beat you badly. My friend was of very good family as he is so ashame of himself how he can do such mistake and in what mood he was at that time that for such cheap thing of Rs 180. My Ques-is that is any harm can be caused tomy friend for this.

brotherfirst of all, if you are going to a supermarket their are some ethics that you have to follow, its kind off that the owner of that perfume bottel is that store and you were using it in fun manner but making a loss to the shop, in that case the person will shout obviously.and rest he will not do anything but you made him a loss so as a human you should felt sorry to him.

I am working with a Faridabad based Agri Machinary Firm as Manager Sales. since 16th June 2014 & Posted at Lucknow.Now company has asked me to resign due to cost cutting reason.I have a proven record of performance, Never had any integrity or discipline issue.What should I do.

serve a legal notice to the company if you are not having any salty relation with them and after that they do anything else then file a suit in labour court.and remember they do not have any negative records against you

For promised government job money was demanded and was transferred online to bank account. Person could not provide the job and switched off his phone. Need to send notice, file FIR to recover money transferred online his bank account

just do one thing, actually this is called criminal conspiracy, if you make a complaint against him then for this purpose then you have to face the consequences of it, just go and launch the complaint that you have given this money for investment purpose to him and he never comply with it.

ap apna vakil badl sakte hai, bs apko naya vakalatnama sign krna hoga or vo court record me dena hoga.and also you may ask for what the reason the case delayed to the counsel from whom you have hired before

38 year old woman and 35 year old man met on Instagram. After many chats and discussions they met in Chennai where the girl booked hotel room. First time they met in hotel room. In FIR she wrote that they met in 4 different places in 4 months and everytime this guy raped her but in 164 statement rape is not mentioned at all. Again in 161 also there is some mix match. What to do in such case.
