Meri wife job me hai. Usne meri beti ke naam se 125 ka case lagaya tha. Case wife ke favour me decide ho gaya hai mujhe kya karna cahiye

Aapki beti ko jitna maintainance allow hua hai wo aapko dena hoga aur aap apni beti ke har expence ka bill apni patni se mangiye in case aapki wife nahi de paa rahi ho bill to aap apni beti ki custody ka case family court me laga dijiye.

aap iski appeal file kar sakte hain, but limitation hoti ha law mein, ke kuch particular days ke under hi aap case file kar sakte hai. Agar aapke case mein order hone ke baad se time nahi nikla hoga toh abhi appeal mein chances ha.

aap jald se jald mujh se contact kare yadi case bhopal me hai to. aap k case ki file k saath, taki samjha ja sake ki galti kahan hui, oos k baad hi koi rasta nikala ja sakta hai, rasta to nikal aayega,

aapko pay karna padega sir as he he is your child too. agar amount zyada hai toh aap wife ki job ka bhi court ko inform kar sakte ho. aap par agar valid grounds hain toh higher court may file kar dijiye application. / petition
