Agar koi ladki aapko blackmail kar rahi hai ki ya to paise do ya fir mujhse shadi karo aur aapke pass uski in sab baton ki recording hai to aap ek kaam karo aap apne area ke police station jao aur unko written complaint karo ke ek ladki mujhe black mail kar rahi hai aur extortion kar rahi hai.

Yes the police will definitely help you. You do one thing file an FIR with the police station and send the application to SP office, Human Rights office, District Collector and also the Commissioner office. If your application doesn't get any response within 1 month the file a complaint with the Judicial Magistrate in your District court under section 175(3) of Bhatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sahinta 2023.

If someone had made a false promise of marriage and make a physical relationship with a girl and after that refuse to marry the girl then it is a crime under section 69 of Bhartiya Nyay Sahinta 2023 (formally known as Indian Penal Code section 376(2)(n)) and the male is sentenced from 10 years to life imprisonment.

You should first file a complaint of your ex-girlfriend to the police station of your area that she's threatening you to end her life and can also harm you. In that complaint you should tell each and every detail of the threat and also plead with officer that if anything happen to her you're not responsible for that and if anything happens to you she's only responsible and also make it a point to notify that she can file a fake rape report against you in near future.
