Fake 498a,504,506,323 Case By Wife . And Husband Has Propoer Evidence

Wife has filed fake 498a,504,506,323 cases . And IO has removed name of all family members and put the name of husband aS accused. Infact wife is leaving seperate from 4 in her mother's place. And that also she had given in written to SP , THEM SHE FILED 125 FOR 2 YEAR BACK AND then FIR FOR 6month back . And section 12 for 6month back. She had coated the same incidence on different years and saying I am leaving seperate for 1 year then 2 year then 4 year at different place. In investigation Io has removed the name of family but put the name of husband in accused . Where as on date of incident husband has prove that he was not there at home neither her wife was there(she is leaving seperate at her mother's home last 4years). And husband has medical prove of that day of incident he got his blood test done. Then also IO has written in chargesheet as accused . What are the ways to submit prove to police so that evidence can't be tampered. As she is filing wrong charges.
