Dv And Dowry Case Against Husband (Me ) And My Family?1 Day Marriage

Dear team, me and my wife are lovers from 3 years of different caste and with both family concern we got married and I beared mostly marriage expenses and have all bills.my marg happened night 1.30 .she and her sister stayed in my house at marg night only for 8hrs later next day in reception.because of arguments between my mom and in law they took away my wife and it's been 4 months I contacted.and tried all means my wife and we family beaten me when I went to her house and recorded me.they filed dv and 498a case against my whole family.mentioning I have taken dowry of 15 lakhs.in women ps they filed case .I took station bail and came outside .please give me suggestions.she don't have any proof bc she is only crying and telling she has all proofs how to proceed.she is telling that I threatened her that I will kill her and her family and mentally torurer her to bring additional dowry.this is the context and their family is so greedy and we went for mediation money demnded
