Q: demand for any amount of money from dad to fund my college fees

Hello sir. I'm 20 years old, currently preparing for NEET UG. I'm actually thinking of opting for a private college but the fees aren't what my mother can afford. My parents got divorced back in 2010. My father never provided any child support or was never in touch with me properly. Can I legally demand for any amount of money from him to fund my college tuition?

your mother should be file maintenance 125 crpc दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा 125 भरण पोषण के मामले में एक प्रसिद्ध धारा है। इस धारा के अंतर्गत कोई भी संतान जो अपने पिता पर आश्रित है और जिसने 18 वर्ष की आयु पूरी नहीं की है, भरण पोषण प्राप्त करने की अधिकारी हैं। इस धारा के अंतर्गत केवल संतान ही भरण पोषण प्राप्त करने की अधिकारी नहीं है बल्कि पत्नी और माता-पिता भी इस ही धारा के अंतर्गत भरण पोषण प्राप्त करने के अधिकारी हैं।

Wife has filed fake 498a,504,506,323 cases . And IO has removed name of all family members and put the name of husband aS accused. Infact wife is leaving seperate from 4 in her mother's place. And that also she had given in written to SP , THEM SHE FILED 125 FOR 2 YEAR BACK AND then FIR FOR 6month back . And section 12 for 6month back. She had coated the same incidence on different years and saying I am leaving seperate for 1 year then 2 year then 4 year at different place. In investigation Io has removed the name of family but put the name of husband in accused . Where as on date of incident husband has prove that he was not there at home neither her wife was there(she is leaving seperate at her mother's home last 4years). And husband has medical prove of that day of incident he got his blood test done. Then also IO has written in chargesheet as accused . What are the ways to submit prove to police so that evidence can't be tampered. As she is filing wrong charges.

first thats metrimonial case not count a serious sase because it's a normal problem everyone person who is faceing. all avoidance submitted when trials in court i hope big relief you can found after this.
