Section 498 My Daughter In Filed Case

She filed case against my son under 498 a dowri case on parents.but she is living separately for the last 3.7 months there is no communication between none of us.she filed in another state 2 counciling between h/w failed.in the police in the they were telling we will case against my son only after second counciling now they are telling we file against all the three appera they have recived money from dilanow what next solution sir/madam
1. in 498a the defence is the wife and husband living separately from 3.7 months and get released from the case
2. the case is not explained in full and not able to guide you unless I know about the entire case
3. your wife may file another case depending on the counselling fail and success
