it depends upon court discretion generally not allowed but you can file some other case against your husband and in laws as such dowry case threatening case and judicial separation kindly share more facts so I can advise you better

aapane jo sabse pahle FIR darj Kariye use FIR ki hai usmain kya kya likha hai wo mere se where kR den esa nhin hai aap divorce kabhi bhi ke sakte hai ulta ladke Wale ke khilaf aaf 4 mukddme bhi daal sakta hai
