You have done the right thing by complaining to caw cell. You should file an FIR against your husband and his relatives who are involved. You should also file a domestic violence complaint before the court. Another thing is to file a 125 crpc application before the court to order your husband to grant you maintainence for your daily expenses as well as for your new born baby.

Hi, You can file complaint against your in-laws in this regard. Further you can file DV and 125 Cr.P.C. application after the lockdown. It is you who have to decide whether you wish to take steps in these direction or not. Whether you have to take Divorce or continue the relationship, all depends on your decision Thanks Ramit Sehrawat Advocate

hello ma'am, it's not possible to mention a date regarding when the courts and other legal cells would resume back to work. but it is expected to resume sooner. Because courts are only entertaining matters of bail and stay.

Courts will most probably be open after 14th june. But that is nit certain as it depends on what the supreme court decides. If your heAring is before 14th then it will be postponed to some other date.

Yes you can check your case status from crime women cell of the particular district. An investigating officer would have been appointed or a woman councellor would have been appointed for future course of action. They might call you there on notice to join the process. if you need any legal help, you are free to contact us for best legal help.
