Thank you for your question. After getting a Director's Identification Number and Digital Signature Certificate, several forms are filled. These forms are then notarised, signed by a lawyer or CA and filed with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Please feel free to get in touch with us for further assistance.

First off, you will need a memorandum and articles of association which will detail the shareholding structure, directors, etc. You also need to think of a name of the company. The name will have to relate to the work the company engages in. The directors will need to get their DIN ( director identification number). Once you have all this, you need to approach the registrar of companies. They will process your application and let you know if deficiencies. A one time fee also has to be paid when you deposit your documents. If there are no objections to your application, the roc will clear your company for registration.
